1. Shipping Eligibility & Locations

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping (including territories like Puerto Rico or Guam) is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • Processing delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to incomplete shipping information. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed beyond 2 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with standard U.S. carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) to fulfill orders. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only:
  • Domestic Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days after processing (additional fees apply, calculated at checkout).
  • Note: Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays, and remote areas may experience longer transit.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping may be offered for orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold (details will be displayed on the store homepage or during checkout).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s status.
  • If tracking information is not updated within 3 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us for assistance.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with your local carrier or neighbors first (carriers may leave packages in secure locations).
  • For damaged packages or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the packaging/damage, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.
